Ministry of Education (MOE) looking to crackdown on schools which gives free parking or below-market rate parking charges to it’s users. An AGO report stated that ‘such practices “are tantamount to providing hidden subsidies for vehicle parking”.’

Teens admit to abandoning baby
They are both young and lost, and didn’t know what to do with the baby. In the end, they decided to abandon the baby outside his family’s door, and stayed around to see the baby get found. Five hours later, they returned to the flat and confessed. The girl has been charged in juvenile court and the man is awaiting trial on 4 February 2016.
