Okay, the video is almost three minutes. Through the whole three minutes, the customer did not simmer down, but the CSO still remained cool and even spoke so softly and slowly, as if she was going to fall asleep soon. Even after a rain of insults, the CSO just answered every question like a boss.
She just deserves more than an award. We used to have a bad impression of SingPost. Now…slightly better.
I mean, who the hell can fall asleep when someone is scolding you so loudly?
